pakgae Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

By accessing the pakgae platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the pakgae Privacy Policy and any additional rules or policies published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all access to and use of the pakgae platform. Continued use of pakgae constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the then-current Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on pakgae, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pakgae strictly prohibits underage gambling and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage.
• You are registering as an individual natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or nominee for any third party.
• You have not previously had a pakgae Account suspended, closed for cause, or self-excluded.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is expressly prohibited by law.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order from pakgae or any affiliated gaming operator.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to update your Account details promptly if any information changes.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) pakgae Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances. pakgae employs technical and manual procedures to detect and close duplicate Accounts.

pakgae reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) checks at any point. You agree to provide any documentation requested, including but not limited to a valid government-issued identity document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension and restriction of withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your pakgae Account, whether or not authorised by you. You must take all reasonable steps to maintain the security of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes.

pakgae will never request your password through email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You should immediately notify pakgae support if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

You may close your pakgae Account at any time by contacting support. Where a real-money balance remains in your Account at the time of closure, pakgae will process a withdrawal to your registered payment method subject to standard verification and withdrawal procedures. Accounts closed while pending verification, under investigation for fraud, or during active self-exclusion periods will be handled in accordance with the applicable internal procedures.

pakgae reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, a legal or regulatory obligation, or a risk of harm to other users or to the integrity of the platform.

pakgae supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

All deposits are credited to your pakgae Wallet in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced due diligence may apply for large transactions in accordance with pakgae's AML obligations.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete) prior to the processing of any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your pakgae Account details.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all associated wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• pakgae reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of fraud, AML, or verification checks. In standard cases, withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed within minutes. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• A minimum withdrawal amount may apply depending on the selected payment method. Details are displayed in the cashier at the time of requesting a withdrawal.

pakgae offers various bonuses and promotions including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

General conditions applicable to all pakgae bonuses:

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible Account, household, IP address, device, and payment method, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement which must be completed within the time limit specified for that promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the applicable period will result in forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance and any winnings derived from it.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise. Contributions from different game categories may vary — for example, slot games may contribute 100% toward wagering while live table games may contribute a lower percentage as stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with active bonus funds. Placing bets exceeding the stated maximum may result in voiding of the bonus and any winnings accumulated.
• pakgae reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. This will not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress by eligible players.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. pakgae actively monitors for bonus abuse patterns including low-risk hedging strategies, and reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings where abuse is identified.

All sports bets placed on pakgae are subject to the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. By confirming a bet, you accept the odds, market terms, and applicable rules in force at that moment. The following general rules apply to all pakgae sportsbook activity:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. pakgae reserves the right to refuse any bet without providing a reason.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in the display of manifestly incorrect odds, pakgae reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Wallets.
• Live (in-play) bets may be subject to delay. A bet is only confirmed once you receive an explicit confirmation from the pakgae platform. Bets submitted during connectivity interruptions are not guaranteed to be accepted.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per day apply and are published in the betting rules section of the platform.
• For cricket markets specifically covering PSL, international Test matches, ODIs, and T20Is, market-specific settlement rules are published on the pakgae cricket betting page.
• Bets on events that are cancelled, postponed, or abandoned will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport's rules, which may result in void bets and stake returns.

All casino games available on pakgae, including slots, live dealer games, crash games, and table games, are operated by licensed third-party providers including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and PG Soft. Each game uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical game outcomes.

Game Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published by the respective game providers and represent theoretical long-term statistical averages. RTP rates do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Past results have no bearing on future spins or rounds.

In the event of a game malfunction — including but not limited to software errors, disconnection during a round, or display anomalies — the affected round will be deemed void and the stake returned to your Wallet. pakgae's decision on malfunctions is final and binding.

pakgae does not accept liability for losses sustained as a result of a User's own decision to continue playing and is not responsible for outcomes in games where the User has not followed applicable game rules or minimum bet requirements.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pakgae platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and may be subject to legal action:

• Creating more than one pakgae Account, or assisting any third party in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform without pakgae's express written consent.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any suspected bug must be reported to support immediately. Exploitation of known or discovered bugs is grounds for immediate Account termination.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim welcome bonuses, using low-risk hedging strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or systematically exploiting promotional offers.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or mobile wallet provider after depositing funds to pakgae.
• Using pakgae services for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the platform if you have self-excluded from pakgae or if gambling is legally prohibited in your jurisdiction.

All content on the pakgae platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, interface design, software, text, and multimedia content — is the exclusive property of pakgae or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pakgae platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the pakgae platform or its content without express prior written permission from pakgae.

pakgae collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the pakgae platform you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

pakgae processes personal data for purposes including Account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming obligations, and the delivery of personalised promotional communications where consented to. Your data is not sold to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

pakgae is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Pakistani players. The platform provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.

pakgae strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years. If you believe a minor has accessed the platform, please contact support immediately. pakgae will not knowingly allow any person under 21 to create an Account or participate in any gaming activity.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pakgae, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, or errors in game outcomes.

pakgae does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While we take reasonable technical measures to ensure platform stability, temporary downtime — particularly during maintenance windows or periods of high traffic such as major PSL matches — may occur.

pakgae's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your pakgae Wallet in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pakgae reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, pakgae will provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the platform's homepage and, where possible, by communicating directly with registered Account holders via their registered email address or in-platform notification.

The amended Terms will become effective on the date stated in the notice. Your continued use of the pakgae platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you must cease using the platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 4.

If you have a complaint regarding pakgae's services, you should first contact our customer support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. pakgae will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve it within five (5) business days.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the support team, you may escalate the matter to pakgae management by clearly stating that you wish to escalate the complaint and providing all relevant details, correspondence, and transaction records.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pakgae's operating jurisdiction. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation before commencing formal legal proceedings.

In no event will arbitration or legal proceedings be initiated more than twelve (12) months after the date on which the cause of action arose.
